Finally! May 18th, 2008 Microsoft released with Service Pack 1 for Vista. A service pack is meant to fix all or some of the little or large bugs, and known issues on your computer. Similar to Windows XP the update is rather simple and if your computer is set to automatically update itself then you shouldn’t have to do anything at all.
During the installation of Vista’s Service Pack 1 you will be notified of the installation status and it will continue about its business to fine-tune the update.
